If your chain breaks and you still have it in usable condition, we’re happy to re-weld it for free—as long as Simply Korena is in business and operating retail or online services.

One-time 50% discount on a new base chain.
Does not apply to charms or connectors unless specified.

No further discounts or replacements will be offered for subsequent losses.
