This means each piece is created especially for you and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

We encourage you to read product descriptions thoroughly and reach out with any questions before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at korena@simplykorena.com with a photo and description of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
